In the spirit of recycling Qs for January, I recycled this Q from Zeppelin in April 2021 – https://fiacarpex.com/backblast/cary-turns-150/.  We celebrated Cary turning 150 when Zeppelin lead this workout in the past, but this time, we were celebrating Zeppelin turning 35 later this week so we upped our rep count to 35!  We started at the Old Library site with a typical warmup then traveled to Ashworth’s, Paige Walker House, the Methodist Church, and the Mayton — stopping at each location for 35 reps each of squats, mountain climbers, calf raises, dips, standing side crunches (hillbillies) and monkey humpers.  We ended back at the Old Library site with a wrap up and name-o-rama.  Thanks all for joining me and happy birthday Zeppelin!
