Warm-up: 10 Good mornings OYO – Arm circles – 10 Toy Soldiers – 10 Butt Kickers – Run to parking lot location for workout.
The Thang:
Circle formed up and then index card cut-outs were pulled by each PAX member present from a ziplock bag provided. The following were workouts on the cut-out index cards that we performed (in no particular order):
- Jump Rope in place – 50 count
- Plank Jacks – 30 count
- Sumo Squats – 40 count
- Push-ups – 20 count
- Mountain Climbers – 30 count
- Jump Squats – 40 count
- Inch worms – 20 count
- Run pickle – we did this twice within the mix of the workout.
- Toe Taps – 50 count
- Dips – 30 count
- Squats – 50 count
- High Knees – 40 count
- Hallelujahs – 40 count
- Butt kicks – 40 count
- Right leg lunges – 30 count
- Jumping jacks – 50 count
- Hop overs – 20 count
- Left leg lunges – 30 count
