Pulled this great workout from backblasts -thanks Frito!  My goal was incorporate this DORA with Wilson’s route around the skatepark but too many skaters were already rolling!  We used the large parking lot for the walk/run portion.

Warm up

  • Good mornings
  • Inchworm walkouts, world’s greatest stretch
  • Side lunges with shoulder stretch
  • Knee repeaters – each side
  • Arm circles – both sides

While one partner began the exercises in the list below, the other partner had the option to walk or run in the large parking lot at the usual Hunter Street park.

  • 50 hand-release pushups
  • 100 forward lunges with bicep curl (easy count – alternating sides)
  • 150 goblet squats
  • 200 skaters (hard count)
  • 150 snatches (alternating arms) + squat jump
  • 100 big girl sit ups
  • 50 tricep dips

We finished all activities a tiny bit early and finished with a group walk.

Ended with name-o-rama.
