Warm up- jumping jacks, squats, inch worm walk outs, runners stretch, arm circles, halos, jog the pickle

workout was 40 sec circuits, went through each group of exercises 2 times. Would hold a 1 min plank before moving to next group of exercises.

round 1:

Snatches, dumbbell jumping jacks, gorilla rows

round 2:

burpee with weights, backwards lunge with bicep curl, lateral bear crawl

round 3:

renegade row, mountain climbers, squat to high pull

round 4:

side lunge to overhead press, tempo squat, push ups

round 5:

weighted straight led sit up, Russian twists, Brooke burkes
