Partnered up for our first dora

one partner ran the pickle while the other did

100 step ups

200 tricep dips

300 Russian twists

Ran to stairs for our second Dora

100 shoulder taps

200 squats

300 skaters

Ran up the stairs to the hill— pushed our pace up the hill back to Ropes course area

finished off the workout holding plank while each of us did 10 push ups around the circle until we got to 100 push ups, followed by holding boat pose while we each did 20 LBCs until we got to 100 LBCs
