We warmed up with Good Mornings, Torso Twists, Phelps, and Toy Soldiers.

The Thang: We walked to a destination and competed a 5 minute Tabata with 50 second exercise and 10 second rest.

The first destination was the storage unit at the end of the block where they were pouring cement into a new construction site at 5:30am with more cement trucks coming. The 1st set of exercises consisted of Curb Squats, Monkey Humpers, Boat Hold, Push Ups, and Tricep Dips.

We walked with a purpose up the hill to Lidl and completed our 2nd set of Lunges, Imperial Squat Walkers, Mountain Climbers, Sparky Crabs, and Hallelujah’s.

Next, we walked with a purpose to the Community Center where we completed the first set again but changed out Monkey Humpers for Step Ups.

Then, we walked down the red brick road across the railroad tracks to complete the second set again without the Sparky Crabs.

Lastly, we walked with Hallelujahs back to the park where we finished right on time.
