We TRIED to warm up to Roxanne.  Holding plank and when you would hear “Roxanne” you would do an up/down then back to plank.  But we only got about half way, then Roxanne walked out on us for good!  No worries. . . we were already warm.  Thanks Roxanne!

The Thang

4 cones.

Start @ start line (great place to start). Run to 1st cone and back, 10 burpees.  Run to 2nd cone and back, 10 burpees, 20 pushups.  Run to 3rd cone and back, 10 burpees, 20 pushups. 30 big girl sit ups.  Run to 4th cone and back, 10 burpees, 20 pushups, 30 big girl sit ups, 40 squats.  Then we did a big lap around the pickle.  Then we had to make our way down the pyramid, so the first exercise we took off was burpees (even though, I think we all wanted them to stay).  Continue taking off another exercise each round.

 

Once that was over, we went to rock pile (yes, there is one there!).  Got our rocks and did a burpees line drill those.  You can find it on Tik Tok or Instagram.

Then we sat on a curb and did a 5 minute EMOM, starting with 30 triceps dip, each minute moving up by 10.  WOW!  We had to go back down to 40 on our last minute.  Our triceps are BANGIN, by the way!
