The Thang:

Welcome to Q school – Trivia edition!

5 rounds of questions/answers with corresponding exercises/reps. First question was 25 reps, then 15, then 10, then 5. Run the pickle. Rinse and repeat with next round of questions/exercises. (Shout out to Fia Knoxville for this Q school trivia!). Q introduced some new exercises (Slurpees = burpee with two push ups) After Pax completed 4 rounds, we took a break from trivia to complete 7’s across the parking lot – bear crawling/lunge walking/side shuffles with curb squats and dips. After completing the 7’s, Pax moseyed back to the circle for Abs. Q had more new exercises for the Pax: Split Sit ups (which isn’t in the Fia lexicon, so Pax brainstormed a name.  Yes/No’s was the winning name, thanks to Helium!) and Narwhals
