**Mary Lou’s sister (Zia – I think that is how it is spelled) was Present, but I was not able to add her to the name list!

Workout:

CIRCUIT 1: CARDIO

Repeat for 3 rounds of 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off:

  1. Walkouts with a pushup
  2. Jumping Jacks
  3. Burpees
  4. Fast Feet
  5. Skaters

CIRCUIT 2: LEGS AND GLUTES

Repeat for 3 rounds of 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off:

  1. Squats
  2. Lunges
  3. Sumo Squats
  4. Fire Hydrants Left
  5. Fire Hydrants Right

CIRCUIT 3: CORE STRENGTH

Repeat for 3 rounds of 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off:

  1. Plank
  2. LBC’s
  3. Ankle biters
  4. Bicycles
  5. Superman

We only got through Abs once due to time.

We stretched some and did Name-o-rama! The name of this workout was given because of a comment Hootie made at the beginning of the workout… see her for explanation. 😉
