Warm Up (the usual)

The Thang:

Imagine a diamond. Top of diamond is 1 exercise, done 10 reps.  Then 2 exercises, done 20 reps each.  3 exercises, done 30 reps each.  4 exercises, 40 reps each.  Then start over with 4 exercises, 40 reps each.   Continue down to 10.  In between each Round (between 1 exercise 10 reps and 2 exercises 20 reps), we ran the small pickle really fast.  Between the two 4 exercises 40 reps, we jogged the big pickle.

Then we did 5 minutes of Pain (EMOM for 5 mins)

12 burpees

Finisher:

20 secs Wall Sit

20 secs Bear Crawl Hold

20 secs Hand Stand (up against a wall)

3 rounds
