7’s Monkey Humpers / Imperial Walkers HC with bear crawl/crawl bear across the short side of the parking lot

Crisco – Mosey back to senior center; grab a rock

Hold rock OH until everyone arrives
Pax completing various exercises while we go around the circle domino style, completing 1 False Start – plank jump in/out + 2 plank jacks. Exercises included: OH Press, Rows, Tricep Extensions, Squats, American Hammers, Bicep Curls
