Squats (7, 14, 21, 28 and 35)

Fire Hydrants (each leg) (7, 14, 21, 28 and 35)

Lunges (each leg) (7, 14, 21, 28 and 35)

Leg lifts (each leg) (7, 14, 21, 28 and 35)

Arms:

Biceps (7, 14, 21, 28 and 35)

Triceps (7, 14, 21, 28 and 35)

Shoulder Press (7, 14, 21, 28 and 35)

Chest Press (7, 14, 21, 28 and 35)

Abs – 25 of each:

  • LBC’s, Ankle Biters (HC), Bicycles (EC) and Leg Lifts.
