8 stations – an exercise at each station

1st round 20 reps

2nd round 15 reps

3rd round 10 reps

4th round 5 reps

Stations/Exercises:

  1. Squats
  2. Plank Shoulder Tap HC
  3. Triceps kickbacks
  4. Split Squats HC
  5. Plank Pull thrus HC
  6. Bicep curl
  7. Woodchops HC
  8. Renegade Row HC

Finished 4 rounds and then circled up for:

  1. Banded glute bridge openers
  2. Banded dead bug
  3. Banded bear crawl kick back
  4. Banded scissor kick
  5. Alternate toe tap
  6. Elbow to knee oblique crunch (8s, 4s, 2s, singles)
  7. LBCs
