Warm up: good mornings, toy soldiers, arm circles forward and backwards, knee hip openers/closers, phelps, jumping jacks.

The Thang – Walk toward Apex Peakway and into the neighborhood across the peakway. Stopping do the following with weights. 10 reps each

  1. Underhand front serve
  2. Sumo squat, pulse 3
  3. Seesaw kickback
  4. Bicep curl
  5. Deadlift to upright row
  6. Renegade row
  7. Plank jacks
  8. Jumping jacks

We stopped 8 times for a total of 80 for each exercise
