Need weights, gloves and water
Warm up: good mornings, toy soldiers, arm circles forward and backwards, knee hip openers/closers, phelps, jumping jacks.
The Thang – Walk toward Apex Peakway and into the neighborhood across the peakway. Stopping do the following with weights. 10 reps each
- Underhand front serve
- Sumo squat, pulse 3
- Seesaw kickback
- Bicep curl
- Deadlift to upright row
- Renegade row
- Plank jacks
- Jumping jacks
We stopped 8 times for a total of 80 for each exercise
