Run over to The Goddard School

Run over to Cary Pediatric Center (where apparently most of have the same Pediatrician for our kids)!

Run back to the park for Abs!

Abs: LBC’s, Ankle Biters, Bicycle Crunches and Russian Twists (each Pax counted to 10 – one round of each workout).
