5 Burpees WALK w/ weights up and around the stairs

5 Burpees + 10 Lunges  WALK

5 Burpees + 10 Lunges + 15 Imperial Walkers WALK

5 Burpees + 10 Lunges + 15 IW + 20 Merkins (Push Ups) WALK

5 Burpees + 10 Lunges + 15 IW + 20 Merkins (Push Ups) + 25 Plank Jacks WALK 

5 Burpees + 10 Lunges + 15 IW + 20 Merkins (Push Ups) + 25 Plank Jacks + 30 Squats  WALK

6 MOM (Minutes of Mary -Abs)

Repeat for 3 min 

5 American Hammers  5 BGSU’s, 5 ankle biters

Repeat for 1 min Abs-olution – Starting position: plank on hands 4 part move

Repeat for 2 min (skipped for time)

5 flutter kicks  5 scissor kicks  5 heels to heaven

COT: God is not slow to fulfill His promise.

He has not forgotten you. He is aware of every particular needed to make something come to pass. He sees the obstacles, but they are not obstacles to Him. A thousand years is but a day to Him— time answers to His call. You feel pressed by the reality, expectations, and timelines around you but God supersedes them all. When you feel like He’s behind, ask Him what He wants you to pick up from this place? The wait is not only not wasted, it is necessary.
