30 sec Toe Taps (steps) / 10 sec rest

30 sec Toe Touch (wall) / 10 sec rest

Round 4:

30 sec Incline Mt. Climbers (steps) / 10 sec rest

30 sec V-Ups (wall) / 10 sec rest
