Disclaimer and warmup
Set a timer for 26 rounds of 30 sec intervals. Order goes like this. Ex 1 , rest 30, ex 1&2, rest 30, 1,2,3,rest etc. When completed all 6 exercises ,we took a longer break. I reset timer and then repeated in reverse order. Doing all 6 exercises at first and dropping off the last one after each round. ex 6,5,4,3,2,1, rest, the 6,5,4,3,2,rest

- Renegade row to T side plank
- RDL, clean , 2 lateral squat walk
- 2 Push ups , 2 HC Mountain Climbers
- Alternating Single arm snatch
- Skull Crushers with Glute Bridge
- 2 Lateral squats with clean to single leg balance
We ended with PAX choice for core.
