In honor of 4/4, we did 4 We started with a lap around the track stopping 4 times to do 4 reps of 4 sets of warm ups which included a rotation of Good Mornings, Windmills, Phelps, Overhead Claps, Open and Close the Door, etc.

Then we turned on some Oldies and completed 4 reps of 4 exercises which followed a cardio, arms, legs, and core sequence in 4 rounds with a lap around the track in between.

Round 1 – Burpees, Bicep Curls, Squats, Big Girl Sit Ups.

Round 2 – Mountain Climbers, Tricep Dips, Lunges (each leg), American Hammers with A Frame.

Round 3 – Plank Jacks, Push Ups, Single Leg RDL (each side), Imperial Squat Walker.

Round 4 – Jumping Jacks, Overhead Press, Monkey Humpers, Dead Bugs.

We did not have time to do another lap, but the ones who ran each lap completed 2 miles during the workout! A Black Diamond! So we stretched independently and laughed each time “Ring of Fire” came on even though I purposefully tried to delete it from the list.
