Warm Up: Good Mornings, Butt Kicks, Small Arm Circles, High Knees, Windmills, Jumping Jacks, Big arm circles, Run the pickle.

Tabata/Kettlebell workout – or with a dumbbell if you do not have a kettlebell.

All 45 seconds of work & 10 seconds of rest. Each exercise is repeated 3 times.

-Kettlebell squats, deadlifts, overhead press, swing, rows, upright front row and full sit ups with lifting the kettlebell straight up at the sit part.

Done with kettlebells and onto the following:

-Rotation of Arms, Upper Body, Abs, & Legs in no particular order – Pax counted and did 20 of each: Jump squat, lunges each leg, Hammer curls, Curl to Press, Bicycles, LBC’s, Push-ups, Mountain Climbers, Jumping Jacks, Ankle Biters and Overhead Triceps extension.
