An election themed workout that started off with some JJ, HK, BK, GMs and general stretching.

We moseyed to the end of Ambergate to begin our 8 count MAGA and Build Back Better workouts!

Gorilla Walk

All you got (sprint would light poles)

Once you reached your second light pole hold squat while waiting at the “polls” until Pax is regrouped and do 8 deep squats together. Rinse and repeat x4

At the end of Ambergate we started back with an 8 count Build Back Better:

Burpees

Bear Crawl

Body builders (an 8-count burpee with a plank jack)

Same all you got sprint and “poll” hold with squats as before.

Once we finally got through our wait at the “polls” we moseyed back to our mats for cast our VOTE. The count was 20 bc 1920 was the year the 19th amendment was fully adopted by Congress giving women the right to vote. And in remembrance of the women before us who marched and lobbied to get the vote we lunge walked across the parking lot between exercises.

In conclusion I shared Psalm 20:7-8 “Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God. They collapse and fall, but we rise and stand upright.”
