The Thang:

3 stations set up.  At each station there are 3 exercises.  Complete 20 reps of the first exercise then run, come back to the next exercise 20 reps then run, and then the last exercise 20 reps then run.  Go to the next station.

Station 1:

Plank jacks, Push ups, Shoulder taps- run out & around the roundabout between each exercise

Station 2: Shelter for step ups, monkey humpers, tricep dips- run to the end of the parking lot and back between each exercise

Station 3: Weights- Squat to overhead press, deadlift to upright row, lunges with bicep curl.  When running take your weights to the end of the parking lot and back between each exercise

We were able to completed all 3 stations and #1 again.  Then onto abs- 20 LBCs, 20 leg lifts, 20 American hammers, 10 LBCs, 10 leg lifts, 10 American hammers.

Regional lead- Crisco gave a wonder COT on long spoons and feeding each other… you should have been there to hear it, it was wonderful!

Q stated at the beginning of the workout that we wouldn’t run much, she lied… sorry.  We ran over 2 miles.  Great job ladies! And thank you to the bunny that cheered us on 🙂
