Warm-Up followed by stairwell work (toe taps, lunge steps, calf raises, push-ups) to make our way up to the top of the parking garage.  While waiting for turns, pax did interval runs, wall sit or held squat.  Circle of standing ab exercises (pax choice) on Level 6.  Made our way down by doing partner run/exercise at each level.  Partner 1 ran length of parking deck and back while Partner 2 did exercise. Switch.  (Monkey humpers, curtsy lunges, mountain climbers, star jumps, Hallelujahs, burpees, woodchopper.) Stretches and name-o-rama.
