Warm Up

The Thang:

We ran through downtown Apex to the church parking lot (and apparently there are multiple churches, but we ran to the Baptist Church).  In the parking lot, we did 5 Burpees, 10 PushUps, 15 Jumping Lunges (HC), 20 Squats.  We ran down to the hill on the other side of the church.  Pax partnered up.  Partner A took off running to the parking lot behind Anna’s.  Partner B gave them a 5 second start and then chased them.  In the parking lot, we repeated 5 Burpees, 10 Push Ups, 15 Jumping Lunges, 20 Squats.  From there, Partner B took off while Partner A chased them to the car inspection place (not a gas station).  In that parking lot, we did 5 Burpees, 10 Push Ups, 15 Jumping Lunges, 20 Squats.  We ran back to the park and circled up.  And guess what?  That’s right.  5 Burpees, 10 Push ups, 15 Jumpnig Lunges, 20 Squats.  Abs:  Took turns different Pax calling out an ab exercise and did 20 reps of each.
