After the disclaimer started warming up with good mornings, windmills, toy soldiers, runners stretch and some jumping jacks.

Then to the Thang, 40 sec on/10 sec rest/6 exercises, 3 sets.  Put on our bands and started the first round:

squats with 3 pulses
pull thrus
marches
surfer jumps

bent over row – R
bent over row – L
overhead lat pull down
tricep push ups
side plank with external rotation – R
side plank with external rotation – L

stand side crunch – R
stand side crunch – L
bird dog – R
bird dog – L
mt climber
bridge clams
