We grabbed our weights and started walking down towards the parking lot next to the Cary Arts center.  We circled up for a quick warm up and then got into the workout.
We started with toe taps curb “relay” (line up and everyone starts toe taps on the curb, the person at the end of the line runs to the front, then the next person goes, and continue all the way to the end of the parking lot)
Grabbed our heavy weights and did 10x HC of of woodchops, single leg halos, side crunch.
Then back to the curb for a plank relay (same format as above but with planks!)
Grabbed our weights again for some leg work: lateral lunge, back lunge, curtsey lunge, SL RDL = one rep.  We did 5x each side, then back to the lot for a squat hold relay.  We repeated this whole set twice before moseying back.
Circled up for some abs with our weights, again 10 each: seated overhead press, American hammers, BGSU, bridge with lat pull and did that circuit twice.
