The Thang- 4 corners

Walk with weights to the far corner.  Two exercises at a reps 1:2 up to 10:20

First corner:

Overhead press/ Bicep curl

Lunge walk to 2nd corner holding weights.

Second corner:

Squat/ calf raises

Walk to 3rd corner 1/2 way stop and complete 50 plank jacks then continue onto corner

Third Corner:

Triceps kickback/ upright rows
