Crisco gave the disclaimer and the Pax headed over to the lake. Breezy suggested we could take the lake trail. Collectively we decided we were ok with walking. Once we arrived at the trail (we had already walked a half mile), Crisco suggested we stop at every half mile marker to complete some exercises (the trail version of a Super Mario). Tag-A-Long led the Pax on the trail & at mile 1.0 and 1.5 we stopped to do squats and push ups (20 of each). At mile 2.0 we did dips and lunges, then we moseyed up the big hill and back to the senior center for Cupid Shuffle Plank Challenge. Did you know that song is 4 minutes long?
