The Thang = 2 rounds of four corners in 7’s format

Round 1

Mosey up to the shelter

Corner 1 = Step ups (EC) and Triceps Dips 

Mosey  around the track stopping for 

Corner 2 = Burpees / Sparky Crabs

We moseyed (by mosey, I mean walked) thru the field to the far parking lot for 

Corner 3 = Push ups / Skaters (HC)

Mosey back to shelter for:

Corner 4 = Bulgarian Split Squats HC / Decline Mountain Climber

Mosey to top of stairs for:

Round 2:

Corner 1 = Shoulder taps (HC) / Chair squat

Bottom of stairs:

Corner 2= Hallelujahs / Sumo Squat

Mosey up ramp and back to mat for:

Corner 3=  Hip Dips / Bicycles (HC) stayed at our mats for the last round

Corner 4 = Smurf Jacks / Carolina Dry Docks
