Native, ML and Tik Tok met up for some EC before the workout. It was a hunt for Halloween lights! After getting catcalled by SUP on the run in Tik tok had to bow out prior to the workout getting started.

We warmed up with moving butt kicks, high knees, side shuffles, karaoke, hip opener and closers, skips with arm circles and some windmills.

The Thang: 4-3-2-1

we congregated near the stairwell and that was our home base at P2

run up 4 levels to P6, bring the stairs back to base and do lunge-lunge-squat until all in, complete 5 as a group and do 25 pushups

run up 3 levels to P5, run down the stairs back to base. Lunge-lunge-squat until all in. Do 5 together and 25 HC pit taps

run up 2 levels to P4 rinse and repeat with 25 dips

run up 1 level to P3 rinse and repeat with 25 carolina dry docks

last effort: all you got for half a deck layer with a 15 second rest then all you got up the 2nd half to the stairs.

Wall sit—total 4 minutes with arms up, left and right calf raised, hallelujahs and hold.
