Started with disclaimer and a warm up of good mornings, side stretches, butt kickers and high knees.  Then we got to work with a Beast – 6 exercises, 6 reps, 6 rounds.

Started at the bottom of the garage with Australian push ups, then half way up the deck stopped for burpees, and next stop at the bottom of the stairs for plank limb lifts (R arm lift, L arm lift, R leg lift, L leg lift = 1 rep).  Climbed the stairs to the top of the deck for the next 3 exercises: carolina dry docks, star jumps and standing side crunch, then down the stairs on the opposite end of the deck to complete the round.  Repeat 5 more times, each time glimpsing the brightening sky and beautiful sunrise! We finished right on time and ended with a quick name-o-rama.  Thanks for joining me this morning!
