We gathered and headed over the library garage and did a warm up while I explained our workout – a BEAST! 6 laps, 6 exercises, 6 reps

We ran up the garage stopping at each end to do our 6 reps.  We alternated running the ramps and running the stairs, stopping 6x for our exercises. So we completed 3 ramps laps and 3 stairs laps.  Exercises were: froggers, push ups, Dorothy’s, shoulder taps (HC), hillbillies (HC), and jump lunges (EC, we were running out of time!)

We finished just in time and headed back to our cars and finished with name o rama. Thanks for joining me ladies!
