Warm up – phelps, good mornings and then we did the Ring of Whac-a-mole – Recycled from Frito Jan 2023. Pax circle up and everyone holds a squat.  Go around the circle and each pax completes a squat jump one by one until we get to 10 and when we get to 10 everyone does a burpee.  Start again! Repeat 10x

Walk around the loop, stopping 5 times to do the following:

  • 10 squats with alt side leg lift
  • 10 single leg runners R
  • 10 single leg runners L 
  • 10 knee repeaters R
  • 10 knee repeaters L
  • 10 lat pulls
  • 10 bow & arrow R
  • 10 bow & arrow L

Repeat

End back in the parking lot on our mats for core/abs

  • 10 inchworm walk out to plank jack
  • 10 hip dips EC
  • 10 BGSUs
  • 10 reverse crunches
  • 10 windshield wipers
  • 10 ankle biters 
  • 10 glute bridge hold alt knee tuck 
  • 10 LBCs
  • 10 leg lifts
