Dora – Partner 1 starts exercise while Partner 2 runs the small pickle. Partner 2 picks up at the # where Partner 1 left off, while Partner 1 runs. Keep alternating until you reach the accumulated total

100: Glute bridge band open (band around thighs, hold glute bridge, open/close knees that’s 1)

200: Squats w/ band around knees/thighs

300: Step backs w/ band around knees/thigh, knees bent tap foot back, alternating EC

Walls of Jericho shoulder edition, on knees. Extra Credit – how to keep your knees from sliding around on your mat when there’s so much sweat?! And, some probing questions from Beethoven, whose mind was in the gutter…. giggle, giggle 🙂
