Todays workout was moved to the Hunter St shelter due to the passing storm.

the Thang: We all wrote down the names of Veterans in our lives. We used the alphabet key above to spell the Veteran’s name and completed the corresponding exercise. We shared stories along the way.

Ended with COT and expressing our gratitude to all Veterans.
