Warm Up – Good Mornings, Toy Soldiers, Windmills, NUR 1/2 of the pickle and run the rest.

Winter Games – with a partner, complete the 4 exercises as 1 set and then partner does 1 set. Increase the reps and count up. The exercises were 1 jumping jack with hands clapping at top, 1 jumping jack with arms stopping at your shoulders, 1 jumping jack with hands on hips, 1 jumping jack with arms straight down. Both teams made it to 12 total sets in 2 minutes.

The Thang – our Supergoal was divided into 4 quarters (with a halftime) and Pax completed 4 downs each quarter rotating between core, legs, arms, and cardio for each down. The exercises consisted of:

1st Quarter – 10 Big Girl Sit Ups, 20 Sumo Squats, 30 Hammer Curls, 40 Mountain Climbers.

2nd Quarter – 10 Star Jumps, 20 Tricep Kickbacks, 30 RDLs, 40 LBCs.

Halftime – Skip 1/2 the pickle and run the rest.

3rd Quarter – 10 Hip Dips, 20 Reverse Lunges, 30 Upright Rows, 40 Butt Kicks.

4th Quarter – 10 High Knees, 20 Shoulder Presses, 30 Calf Raises, 40 Bicycles.

End of Game – Front Kick Walk for 1/2 the pickle and run the rest.

We had time to do the 1st and 2nd quarters and did a grapevine for 1/2 the pickle and run the rest to complete our Supergoal.
