Warm up- good mornings, toy soldiers, arm circles, jumping jacks, high knees, butt kickers

The Thang:

Ran around downtown Apex stopping in different parking lots to complete 2 exercises.  Split group into 2 groups- A&B

First stop- A holds chair pose & B completes 25 jump squats (switch)

Second stop- A holds wall sit & B completes 25 monkey humpers (switch)

Third stop- A holds reverse plank & B completes 25 dips (switch)

Fourth stop- A holds plank & B completes 25 pushups (switch)

Fifth stop- A holds boat pose & B completes 50- Pilates 100 (hold boat pose flutter arms 50 times)  switch

Sixth stop- A holds feet 6in off ground & B completes 50 flutter kicks (switch).

Ran back to the park.

Everyone in a handstand against the fence.  Hold until everyone down the line counted to 5.

Ran around the track stopping 1/2 way to complete 5 burpees.

Back to parking lot for abs- 50 American hammers, 50 LBCs, 25 leg lifts, 25 big girl sit ups.  Then Pax choice… stretching was chosen.

Finished with name-o-rama

Q’s watch didn’t start 🙁  but Helium said we ran a little over 2 miles.  It was a fast on the go workout today, Great job ladies!!
