Circled up for the disclaimer and a warmup and then explained the workout. Brought some weights, slam ball and kettle bell to create 6 stations – Ball, KB, Mat, Heavy, Light, Cardio. 1 min each location, 30 sec rest, 3 rounds.
Round 1: Ball slams, KB swings, crawl kick thrus, side lunge w/ curl, curtsey lunge with lateral raise, skaters,
Round 2: Over the shoulder toss, sling shots, side plank dips, chest press, reverse fly, Dorothy’s
Round 3: Push ups on ball (alternate hands), standing side crunch, bear hold taps, back lunge with bicep curl, front raise, Heisman’s
We circled up for some abs for our last few minutes.
