We moseyed out of the deck to start the workout.  Quick warmup and disclaimer and then we got to the work out.  We had 6 stations: Rock your body, toe taps, step ups, Australian pullups, side crunches with band, and looped band lateral walk with squat.  We did 1 minute rounds and then ran a lap around the library.  Rotate stations for another minute and then a lap up the stairwell.  We continued until everyone completed 2 full rounds (each station 2x) alternating between running and the stairs.  Finished with Name-O-Rama, a great way to start our days!
