Started with the disclaimer and did a warmup, some good mornings, windmills, toy soldiers, side bends, high knees, butt kickers and jumping jacks.

We grabbed our weights and mats and parked down by the stair well.  We did an AMRAP but instead of a set timer, we would go until each pax ran the stairs to the top of the garage and back down.   Each round had 4 exercises, 10 reps each:
1) Burpees, Jump squats, skaters, mt climbers
2) squat with overhead press, lunge hold with bicep curl, lunge hold with skull crusher, sumo squat with lateral raise
3) SL RDL with row, SL RDL with reverse fly, renegade row, plank arm lifts
4) Side plank hip dips, side plank leg lifts, all 4’s arcs, bridge march
