We warmed up in the garage and then moseyed over to the front of the arts center.  We did 1 min of a strength exercise followed by 45 sec of cardio and a 30 sec recovery, we did this set twice through.

Step backs – lunge jumps, calf raises – toe taps, elevated bridge – skaters, dry docks – Mt climbers, dips – crossjacks with row, push up – hallelujahs.

Then we moseyed back to the garage for a cardio blast: stair suicides! These are no joke, suicides on 7 flights is tough, but we did it! Finished with a quick COT and NoR!
