We started with a warm up of Good Mornings, Toy Soldiers, Windmills, Arms Circles, Phelps, and Open the Gates.

Our first exercise consisted of a clover where we did a set of exercises for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest in between for 3 rounds at each clover leaf. The clover leaves exercises were:

  1. squat and squat jumps
  2. plank up/downs and plank jacks
  3. push ups and mountain climbers
  4. alternating front lunges and plyo lunges

Next, we took a walk around the pickle and pulled out St. Patrick’s Day themed exercises. We did each of the following exercises for 17 reps:

  • Leprechaun Lunges
  • Kiss Me, I’m Irish Sit Ups
  • Luck of the Irish Burpees
  • Lord of the Dance Squats
  • Getting Lucky Skaters
  • Flogging Molly Inchworms
  • Dropkick Murphy’s Plank Toe Taps
  • Pot of Gold Tuck Jumps
  • Green Mountain Climbers
  • Bagpipe Bent Over Rows

We took another lap around the pickle and completed the following exercises for 45 seconds and 15 second rest:

I – Inchworm Pushups
C – Curtsy Lunges
