I tried a different type of workout today. Each drill was geared toward a different sport!   I still have a few more sports to go , So I am pretty sure we will see this one again!

 

Warmup;

Inchworm stretch sequence , Good Mornings,  Toy Soliders , JJ, Hip Circles

The Thang:

2 Rounds of 2 exercises ( 45 sec on/15 rest)

  • Swimming
    •  Breaststroke
    • Flutter Kicks
  • Winter Sport
    • Speed Skaters
    • Skiers
  • Boxing
    • Boxer shuffle – speed bag
    • Plie Squat – jab
  • Soccer
    • Agility in parking spot ( X)
    • Curb Taps
  • Track
    • Broad Jump with HK back
    • Skips
  • Football
    • Heisman
    • Fast feet with Burpees
  • Ballet
    • Curtsy lunge with Kick

Ended with some stretches … Totally forgot name-o-rama but got a Picture instead!
