I tried a different type of workout today. Each drill was geared toward a different sport! I still have a few more sports to go , So I am pretty sure we will see this one again!

Inchworm stretch sequence , Good Mornings, Toy Soliders , JJ, Hip Circles
The Thang:
2 Rounds of 2 exercises ( 45 sec on/15 rest)

- Boxer shuffle – speed bag
- Plie Squat – jab
- Soccer
- Agility in parking spot ( X)
- Curb Taps
- Track
- Broad Jump with HK back
- Skips
- Football
- Heisman
- Fast feet with Burpees
- Ballet
- Curtsy lunge with Kick
Ended with some stretches … Totally forgot name-o-rama but got a Picture instead!
