3 Pax joined me on this holiday weekend for a no travel workout. I even asked for requests but no one jumped on it. So this is what I came up with!
Warmup: Arm circles, Phelps, Good Mornings, JJ, Quad Stretches, inner thigh stretches
The Thang:
100 Squat Challenge ( 10 of each – no stopping)
- Squat X
- Squat + abduction
- Squat + Heel Tap
- Step out Squat
- Plie Squat
- Jump Squat
- Plie Squat on toes
- Squat + Glute leg Lift
- Plie Squat Slide
- Squat Touch + Reach
3 Mini Pyramids = 30 seconds for exercises and rests. 1, rest – 1,2, rest – 1,2,3 Rest etc Then reverse dropping off the last exercise each round.
Lower body ( weights)
- Snatch
- Deadlift
- Squat Thruster
- Lateral Lunges
Cardio
- small hop x2/ Squat jump – had to get an Easter bunny reference in somewhere!
- Heisman
- Lateral shuffle with weight drop
Core
- Plank to bear with Knee drive
- Sprinter Abs
- Plank with weight drag
Cut cardio and core to 3 exercises to give us time for a stretch, name-o-rama and COT
