3 Pax joined me on this holiday weekend for a no travel workout. I even asked for requests but no one jumped on it. So this is what I came up with!

Warmup:  Arm circles, Phelps, Good Mornings, JJ, Quad Stretches, inner thigh stretches

The Thang:

  100 Squat Challenge ( 10 of each – no stopping)

  1. Squat X
  2. Squat + abduction
  3. Squat + Heel Tap
  4. Step out Squat
  5. Plie Squat
  6. Jump Squat
  7. Plie Squat on toes
  8. Squat + Glute leg Lift
  9. Plie Squat Slide
  10. Squat Touch + Reach

3 Mini Pyramids  = 30 seconds for exercises and rests.   1, rest   – 1,2, rest   – 1,2,3 Rest   etc   Then reverse dropping off the last exercise each round.

Lower body ( weights)

  1. Snatch
  2. Deadlift
  3. Squat Thruster
  4. Lateral Lunges

Cardio 

  1. small hop x2/ Squat jump  – had to get an Easter bunny reference in somewhere!
  2. Heisman
  3. Lateral shuffle with weight drop

Core 

  1. Plank to bear with Knee drive
  2. Sprinter Abs
  3. Plank with weight drag

Cut cardio and core to 3 exercises to give us time for a stretch, name-o-rama and COT
