Beatdown:  7 stations with 3 rounds.  Each activity is 50 seconds work and 15 seconds rest.  Rotate each station within a round.  Walk the pickle between rounds. Q provided the medicine ball (10lbs) and kettlebell (15lbs). Pax brought mats and loop bands.
