We warmed up with a mosey around both pickles, high knees, butt kicks, windmills, etc.

The Thang

We had two location stations for today’s workout – one where we left our weights and the other (by the picnic tables) where we’d complete bodyweight exercises.

Pax completed one exercise, traveled to the next location doing band shuffles, completed one exercise at that location, and traveled back to the beginning via a mosey. We went around in circles like this through six exercises at each station.
