This morning was the very end of the Geminids meteor shower.  We took the stairs to the top of the deck for our warm up (arm circle, trunk twists, good mornings, hip openers, jumping jacks, high knees and butt kickers).  Since we did see a shooting star, we decided to move the workout fully to the top of the deck which resulted in seeing 4 shooting stars throughout the duration.  Yay!

The Thangs:

2 Times : 20 alternating hammer curls, 20 alternating shoulder taps, 20 alternating tricep kick backs, 20 serve the platter

Run the stairs up and down

2 Times: 20 bridges knees in/out, 20 bridge single leg lift each side, 20 bridge single leg out to the side each side, 20 bridges on toes

Run the stairs up and down

1 time: 20 frog squat dumbbell swings, 20 – 2 squat pulse, 1 squat jump, 20 plank – leg lift, other leg lift, plank jack, 20 curtsy lunges

Run the stairs up and down

1 time: 20 chest press, 20 fly, 20 push ups, 20 reverse fly

Pax Choice of Abs:  20 arm push downs, 20 american hammers, 20 LBCs, 20 heels to heave
