Warm-up: 4 minutes

Timing: 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest

Arm-bands:

  • palms on thighs, push 1 hand backward, one at a time;
  • arms bent up, 90 degrees, pull out to the side;
  • hold band on shoulder, push arm out then up (right arm);
  • hold band on shoulder, push arm out then up (left arm);
  • band on writs and pull down backwards; and
  • hold ends of band and pulse outward.

Leg – weights (med)

  • squats;
  • lunge forward alternating;
  • lunge backward alternating;
  • step up on picnic tables; and
  • dead lift with 1/2 lift then full lift.

Arms – weights (med)

  • shoulder press;
  • biceps curl, palms facing inward;
  • laying on back, palms close facing inward and press up;
  • laying on mat, arms straight, touch weight behind head to the ground and lift up; and
  • biceps curl, twist weight palm to shoulder.

Legs-bands

  • donkey kicks, right leg;
  • donkey kicks, left leg;
  • band around ankles, alternating kick back;
  • band around ankles, plank jack;
  • band above knees, rainbow lift, right leg; and
  • band above knees, rainbow lift, left leg.
