We began with a light warm-up with stretching, inchworms, runner’s stretch and ply-o-lunges. Then we traveled to Cary Arts and began the main workout.

Cary Arts front & Cary Elementary lot to complete 2 total rounds (1 at each location) 16 count of the following:
1. Incline Push-ups
2. Superwoman Pulls
3. Pike Push-ups
4. Plank shoulder taps HC

Then, we traveled to our original meeting place under the library overpass & secondly climbed the stairs to the top to complete 2 total rounds (1 at each location) 16 count of the following:
1. Squats
2. Reverse Lunges HC
(Light jog loop to break up the work)
3. Glute Bridges
4. Wall Sit

Then, we traveled to the new dt Cary condos & secondly back to home base to complete 2 total rounds (1 at each location) 16 count of the following:
1. 6 Burpees (we broke these up)
2. Mountain Climbers HC
3. American Hammers
4. 5 Burpees
5. Both leg lifts to 45 degrees and back up
6. 5 Burpees
(Light jog in-between the two sets of work)

To finish, we did a stretching cool-down. It was a beautiful & cool morning to be out with you! Thank you for coming out!
