The Thang:

Run 1/4 mile then 25 jump squats, 25 monkey humpers, 25 pushups, 25 dips.

Run 1/4 mile then 25 Mountain Climbers, 25 Squats, 10 Burpees and 10 Star Jumps, 10 step ups each leg

Run 1/4 mile then 25 jump squats, 25 monkey humpers, 25 pushups, 25 dips.

Run 1/4 mile then 25 Mountain Climbers, 25 Squats, 10 Burpees, 10 Star Jumps.

Moved to field–> Lunge Walk to end of the field then bear crawl back.  Lunge Walk to end of the field then crabwalk halfway then sprint the rest of the way.
